Kabob Sandwich

Time saving ingredients: Pre-made Kabob Digi & Pre-made yogurt sauce

Ingredients

  • Pre-made Kabob Digi (see Kabob Digi recipe)
  • Feta Cheese
  • Store bought tzatziki or any pre-made yogurt sauce
  • Raw yellow onion
  • Tomato
  • Wrap or lavash bread

Recipe

  1. Warm Kabob Digi in a microwave for about 3 minutes.
  2. Warm the wrap or lavash in a toaster. Make sure the bread is not too crispy, so you can roll it.
  3. While the Kabob and wrap are warming up, cut the onion in half and then into slices. Dice the tomatoes.
  4. Once the wrap and kabob are warm, place the kabob near the side of the wrap. Add the onions, tomatoes, and feta. If you are using a feta block, cut the feta into small chunks before adding it to the wrap.
  5. Add tzatziki sauce to the wrap.
  6. Enjoy!
